Tempeh Nuggets

Ingredients
150g of tempeh (I used @clubcultured )
1 cup plain flour
1 cup plant milk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Salt
Frying oil

For the sauce:
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup

Method:
1. Tear apart tempeh into little nugget shapes.
2. Mix together the wet batter ingredients in a bowl. Coat the tempeh pieces in the wet batter and then the panko breadcrumbs.
3. Add to the air fryer or oven at 200C and spray with oil and cook for 20 mins or until crispy and golden.
4. Mix together the sauce ingredient in a bowl and then toss the nuggets in the sauce and enjoy with your choice of dip.
