Gochujang Sausage

Gnocchi

“We all love a good Sausage”

To be fair plant based sausages in terms of fake meat are probably done the best, there are so many good ones out there but this bratwurst hit different!

Ingredients
2 Sausages
1 Pack of gnocchi
1 tbsp Gochujang paste
150ml plant based cream
2 handfuls spinach
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
100ml stock
Salt and pepper

Method:
Method:
1. Start by cooking your sausages in some oil with a tsp gochujang until crispy and charred. Once cooked set them aside.
2. Now add the onion and garlic to the same pan and fry for 3/4 mins then get the spinach in and let that wilt down.
3. Add another teaspoon of the gochujang with your gnocchi and cook for 2 mins to toast the gnocchi slightly and then pour in your cream and stock.
4. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer, you want the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Serve up your gnocchi then top with your sausage and some sesame seeds and coriander and enjoy!
